Our stay at Thompson Dallas, By Hyatt as a family was fantastic. The room had two queen beds that were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming environment. The rainy showerhead in the bathroom was an absolute treat. Plus, the front desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The dining options at the hotel were exquisite, particularly the meals we had at Catbird and Monarch. We felt truly pampered throughout our visit!

Couples seeking a beautiful ambiance

We loved the rooftop pool, it was not crowded and we spent the whole day just chilling there. Plus, the staff was helpful when we needed some extra towels and they brought them in a flash, made us feel like we were the only ones there.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

Stunning hotel, exceptional service, and great ambiance.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and stylish. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead that was such a nice touch. Only downside was that some areas felt a bit overlooked. just minor dust spots here and there. But overall, the room vibe was modern and cozy.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful amenities, with spacious rooms that featured comfy beds and a high water-pressure shower, complemented by a fantastic rooftop pool and proximity to the airport.

The breakfast at Nine was stunning, and the service was top-notch, making those mornings feel special. The outdoor pool and gym were also a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day. I did have a minor hiccup with retrieving a lost item, but the manager at Monarch was super helpful and sorted it out quickly. 😊

Stylish Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed the chic ambiance and spacious Queen Room. However, noise kept us awake during the night. The Nine at the National restaurant provided delicious food but was overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times. Request a quieter side of the hotel for a better sleep experience.
